Coachello is an international startup founded in May 2021 by Livia, Dinal, Leon and Quentin in Paris.

Coachello helps companies succeed on their Transformation and Change strategy by helping them rethink the way they support their Talents. We believe that organizational transformation starts with team + individual transformation.
What we do for our clients:
We design tailor made and premium leadership programs with a mix of collective + individual support (management training / 1:1 coaching /Co-development ...)
We help them offer coaching at scale to their Talents through our app integrated in Microsoft Teams or Slack, 400+ professional certified coaches worldwide and an Admin Dashboard to pilot programs.
We are growing fast, there is a huge demand for coaching and we therefore need to grow the Sales Team. You will be one of the first employees and have a direct impact on the success of the company! You will be one of Coachello’s ambassadors and represent the company in front of your prospects and clients.
As a Sales Executive Enterprise, you are responsible for driving revenue with a focus on mid-size and large companies (>2000+ employees). You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting (email, linkedin, cold calling, events…) and qualifying new opportunities to negotiating and closing your deals.
You are committed to learning and perfectly executing our sales methodologies to hit your quota and grow your sales skills.
You will work closely with Quentin, one of the co-founder and are going to be involved in the Sales and company strategy.
We want to make you grow and will offer you the opportunity to grow within the Sales team and take a role of Head of Sales and lead the team.
